• Sale is open to members of the public on outright sale terms i.e down payment of 20% of purchase price, balance thereof within ninety (90) days from the letter of offer.
• Allocation is strictly on a first come first served basis and on fulfillment of conditions herein.
• Applicants are expected to complete an online application on the NHC website. The requisite 20% deposit should be paid to NHC at the earliest in order to secure the opportunity to purchase the house of your choice.
• Only applicants who will have paid the requisite 20% deposit will be considered and depending on availability of units.
• All Payments are payable to national Housing Corporation by bankers cheque or direct bank transfers. Unsuccessful applicants will be refunded their deposits without interest.
